1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between highveld and you as a customer.
3. Offer and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Obvious errors do not bind us.
4. Order and agreement
The agreement is formed when we confirm your order. Checkout runs through our payment partners (Snipcart and Stripe).
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering, via the payment methods offered.
6. Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands (and gradually beyond, across Europe). Delivery times and costs are on Shipping & returns. Stated times are indicative.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Foodstuffs that have been opened for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. See Shipping & returns for the practical steps.
8. Conformity and warranty
Our products meet the agreement and statutory requirements. If something is wrong, contact us and we'll put it right.
9. Complaints
Email complaints to hello@highveld.nl. We respond within 14 days. You can also use the EU ODR platform.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
