Packaging
We pack with as little plastic as possible and as light as is safe — less weight is less transport impact. It fits the rest of what we do.
Returns (14 days)
Not happy? You have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened tea; unopened products are fine.
- Email hello@highveld.nl with your order number.
- You'll receive return instructions.
- Send the products back unopened and well packed.
Once we receive them, we refund within 14 days, including standard shipping. Return postage is at your own cost, unless the product was faulty.
